How to Monetize Retirement
I know as I reached “retirement” I didn't feel ready to quit entirely…for me there is a stimulation in doing stuff, earning stuff and helping others. I wanted to keep on being an active, contributing member of society – oh, and monetize my efforts, too.
Making me a Grand-Preneur.
If that's what you want, that's what I want to help.
Some key ingredients…
that is, if being a cashier at Walmart isn't part of your life design…
The biggest and best opportunity is an online business.
And it has – like most small businesses – a high rate of failure.
If you're like me, failure is something to avoid.
So what does it take to succeed online?
1- a vision
2- a website
3- an email service
4- some guidance
5- resolution, tenacity and creativity
I can help you set up with all of these except the last…that oneis up to you. You have to have the “True Grit” to make it happen.
If so, let's have at it!
I'm going to give you some thoughts about defining your vision – your niche. Get my emails with extras tips here…
Once you have that, at least preliminarily, you need a website. You can get a website with hosting at a bunch of places…I like A2 Hosting. You can start for low dollars, the web name you can find at namecheap.com (if you take a .website domain, it's only 88 cents for the first year as of this writing!)
Let's start there…
Traffic Wave, my autoresponder (read email) service, is only $17.95 a month, and the first 30 days are free. You don't need it yet. You will, but not yet. Maybe in Month 2.
I'm going to tell you the best ways to spend your first $20/month. You will need to put in a bit more…I'll give you options for $50/month, $100/month and $200/month…not more, bc I want you making money before you spend it!
Oh, I'm going to tempt you…
There are some amazing programs out there to help you move along faster. I'll give you some of their pointers, sure. Going straight to the source will get you bigger results faster…up to you.
Not what I'm advocating, but if it's in your design, I'll at least point you in some good directions.
I'm on your side…I am open to emails, comments, even skyping…Annie Collyer.
Let's rock and roll – it's your life! Let's monetize retirement for you… You da Boomer!
Best and Onward,
