Practice the Art of Allowing.
Joy In Life. That is the goal, right.
Most of our limits are self-imposed!
Let's talk about the Law of Attraction. Let's say you really really want $1 Million Dollars.
You are emotionally caught up in wanting that money in your life. You visualize all the wonderful things you could do with that money.
The house you will be living in. The clothes you will buy.
The scholarships you plan to set up. The business start-ups you plan to fund.
The houses you will build for others who are needy.
The food you will send to parts of the world where people are hungry.
The trust funds you will set up for your children and grandchildren,
You are doing all the emotional investment you need to do to attract $1 Million dollars into your life.
But then you put on limits.
You tell the universe that you are going to win the lottery. You buy lottery tickets so you can win.
You are adamant in believing and giving all your energy to winning the lottery.
How is that limiting?
Well, you are telling the Universe the one way it can get you your Million dollars.
You are limiting options. Why not a job where you get paid $1 Million dollars? Why not an inheritance from someone? Why not finding it on the sidewalk? Why not hitting the jackpot?
Do you see what I mean about imposing limits? There are limitless possibilities that exist. There is abundance in the universe. Don't put limits on how you can get the life you want!
A Story About A Woman and A Horse
My friend Lorraine was telling me about a woman who really wants a Polish horse. She used to have one, and she wants one so badly she can taste it. She can smell it. She can feel herself riding this horse.
Do you see how she is imposing limits on what the Universe could have for her?
Lorraine is a great teacher. She is an ordained Minister and a National Teacher. Her name is the Reverend Lorraine Radice. She has a lot that she teaches me, and a lot she teaches others. I am going to show you how you can get some of her teachings so you can get the benefit of all that she knows and has learned from great teachers before her.
Lorraine taught this woman about how the Universe might want to get her horse for her. It could be that she would work for someone who has horses, and who would give her a horse in return. She might inherit a horse from some long-lost relative in Poland. Myriads of things could happen.
What Lorraine had to say is that there are too many other players in the universe to limit yourself to only one option or solution. The universal intelligence may have other better ideas that would work for her.
Her telling the Universe the one way she is willing to get her Polish horse is imposing a limit on the Law of Attraction.
If we don't put limits on, we allow the Universe to work with us to bring us what we are wanting, by the Law of Attraction.
Putting limits on how we attract what we want is the opposite of allowing.
The Art of Allowing is really important in working with the Law of Attraction.
Part of the Art of Allowing is to trust yourself.
It is important to realize that others do not know what is best for you. They know what is good for them, what will work for them. They do not know what will work for you.
Copying someone else's life will not work for your life.
We need to work within our own thought energies. We need to work within our own emotional guidance system and energies.
If you imitate someone else, or just do what they say is best for you, you will be manifesting what is good for them.
To manifest what is good for you, you need to use your own thought and emotional energy to attract your good things to you.
Build on Ideas
That does not mean you don't listen to what others think or have to say.
You can get a lot of great ideas that way.
We go to school to learn what others have learned. We study history to learn lessons from the past. We read books that give us ideas.
Listening to what others think and have to say does not mean being lazy and letting others make up your mind for you.
So, what you do with these great ideas, is you take from them what works for you.
You make them your own.
This is part of trusting yourself to pick and choose what will work best for you in your life design.
You Work It
Keeping from having limits means taking the energy to visualize and get emotionally charged about what you want in your life.
It means allowing things to happen to attract what you want to you.
It means actively working and doing your part. Lorraine taught me that part of the art of allowing is to do all the work your emotional guidance system is directing you to do.
If you don't put your heart into what you want, you may get a pink slip instead of attracting the good things to your life. When you work and allow good things to happen, you are practicing the art of allowing.
You are Practicing the Art of Allowing
You will appreciate more what you do get. You will take care of it and give thanks for it.
Let's say you want a new car. You want a red one, that is a convertible, with 6 on the floor.
You are not imposing limits on what the Universe has for you.
That attracts more good things to us.
