If you know the 10 Steps to Attract the Life You Want, will you take them?

What if you found out that taking these steps can attract whatever you want into your life? Not only will doing so impact your life, but those around you. too.
What a powerful thought, agreed?
There are stories all over the internet about people who have applied the Law of Attraction to their lives. Instead of letting negative and discouraging thoughts dominate, even rule, their lives, they changed their mindset, took action and their lives changed.
Can that happen to you?
The answer is YES. It can…and it doesn't take a lot of work either.
It's surprisingly and incredibly easy when you know how to apply the Law of Attraction to get everything you want in your life!
Step #1 is Being Grateful
The Law of Attraction operates on vibrational energy…your personal energy frequency.
That's the first secret you need to know. You need to choose to be grateful for your life exactly the way it is NOW as a first step.
When you bemoan your existence, you fill your inner chamber with negative emotion. Being grateful gives your vibrational frequency a reset, with the right kind of energy.
Try beginning each day by making a list of what you're grateful for, what you appreciate. At the end of the week, go over your lists…
This creates a snowball effect that attracts even more good things that you want into your life.
Step #2: Practice generosity
Being generous may sound like a big challenge, when you don't have much of what you need or want.
Think of this…you can be generous with your time, your talents, your counsel…it doesn't have to be material goods. It can be, of course, but doesn't have to be.
When you choose to be generous, you attract prosperity for yourself and for those around you.
Step #3 – Use Visualisation
Remember being a child and your play…the games and stories you made up were very real to you then. We need to re-capture that imagination.
When we visualise having what we want in life, a home, a job, relationships, we raise our vibrational frequency to attract those things.
The Universe likes to reward you when you visualise what you want.
Energy attracts energy…use your imagination and visualisation.
Step #4: Take a pass on negativity
There are going to be bad times. There are going to be circumstances that make us feel bad or discouraged.
The thing to do is not to dwell on them. That gives them vibrational and energetic power.
Instead, acknowledge them, and allow them to move on…while you continue to do the things you can.
Continue to give thanks, and to be generous.
Heather gives an analogy to a fart…it builds, you feel gaseous, and then it passes. Treat negativity the same way.
Step #5: Continue to develop and grow
It can get easy to get stuck in our routines. Especially when it seems like we can barely keep up with what we ‘need to do' to just maintain life the way it is.
However, when you carve out some time to do and learn something new, that opens up a space for new energy and positive direction to come into your life.
Step #6: Remove Yourself from Toxicity
We all have people in our environment who seem to want to drag everyone around them down, agreed?
They moan and groan about their lives, about politics, about how much money's in their bank account, or food in the fridge.
Instead of surrounding yourself with people with mindsets like that, choose to be around people who are positive, affirming, and grateful for their lives.
It is one of the 10 steps to attract the life you want, to be around people who have positive vibrational energy. That makes sense, doesn't it?
So what if they're in your family? You can't get away from them, but you can allow them to be where and who they are, without taking it on for yourself.
And then add those who share the vibrations you want into your circle of friends.
Step #7: Permit yourself to be successful
Almost everyone has had the negative tapes in their lives…the tapes that say you're not worth loving, or you're going to fail.
You may even have had someone say something along those lines even as recently as yesterday.
The thing is, you don't have to take on the opinions of others as fact for yourself. They lack any reality when you move beyond them.
You can give yourself permission to succeed and to have what you want in life.
Step #8: Use Affirmations
Your thoughts have power…use your thoughts, not those you inherit from others.
Write affirmations of what you want for your truth for your life…
Take a time of personal honesty and reflection, to write down for yourself what matters to you. Then write an affirmation that you have that thing that matters in your life.
You know what you truly want, and so does the Universe. Use your inner emotional guidance system to see what reverberates with you, and make it into an affirmation.
Repeat your affirmations every day.

Step #9: Allow yourself to crash and burn
Are you familiar with the legend of the phoenix? The mythological bird that burned and then arose even more spectacularly from its own ashes?
The only way often to rid yourself of the parts of you that will hold you back is to extract them…that may not always be comfortable, and is sometimes spectacularly uncomfortable, but without getting rid of what holds you back, you can't move forward.
How do you find what needs to go? It's a matter of taking risks.

Complete elimination of risk is not possible! Embrace it.
Change means things don't stay the same…that isn't what you want, agreed?
What you want is to have everything you want in life, not settle for what you have now!
Step #10: This is the Biggie!
The biggest barrier in the 10 steps to attract the life you want is your own mindset!
Saying you want something is not the same as really wanting it. We often have reserves about going after what we say we want, without realizing it.
Take losing weight, for instance. We can say we want to, but not enough often enough. And sometimes we want without really believing it can happen.
That real want and belief is WHY most people never attract the life they want.
Something inside has to change to change this mindset barrier.
That means digging deep into the why…
- is it fear?
- is it old deep-seated beliefs?
- is it some discomfort with change?
Practicing these 10 steps to attract the life you want will get you started- remarkable breakthroughs will be on their way, that you didn't think even possible.
